Repairs, if any, are usually limited to one or two parts. Almost all the equipment we acquire is 'excellent' to 'mint' when received. Because we are collectors, we refuse to purchase equipment in 'poor' or 'fair' condition. We also don't buy or sell poorly designed or 'cheap' audio equipment. Sure, you may be able to find some of this equipment for less, but ask yourself how much time, energy, and money you'll have to spend to make it right. --All equipment has been cleaned, all switches and tube sockets lubricated, tubes (if any) tested or replaced, and all dial lights and indicators are working. The unit has been thoroughly checked out through listening tests. This process can take three hours for an average piece of tube equipment. Do you really want to take the time to do this?!
--All items, EXCEPT SPEAKERS, come with a 10 day money back guarantee. You are only responsible for shipping charges. Because of the time and effort required to package speakers, and their fragile nature, we cannot offer the return policy on these. However, we guarantee the drivers in the enclosures. They can be returned within ten days for repair or replacment.
--Literature is not returnable for obvious reasons.
